Welcome to AaraBookkeeping! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

AaraBookkeeping is a subscription-based bookkeeping and financial management software. We provide access to the platform through a secure online dashboard. All services are hosted by us and no downloads or source code access are provided.

2. License & Usage

  • Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the platform for their own business bookkeeping needs.
  • Redistribution, resale, or replication of the service is strictly prohibited.
  • Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any part of the platform's source code.

3. Account Access

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • You may not share your login with others or use the service for multiple businesses under a single account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Access to AaraBookkeeping requires an active subscription.
  • All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed [monthly/annually], and can be cancelled anytime via your dashboard.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including but not limited to content, branding, and custom modifications, remain the sole property of AaraBookkeeping.
  • The platform includes components licensed under an Extended License from a third-party provider (CodeCanyon). These components are legally integrated and do not grant source-level access or resale rights to users.

6. Limitations of Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access or modify any system files or source code.
  • Reuse, copy, or distribute any part of the service for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  • Use the service for creating competing platforms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any user is found violating these terms or using the platform for illegal activities.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update features or make changes to these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes implies acceptance.

9. Privacy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya.
